Subscription Plans

Deck Creators' Launchpad offers three membership subscription options:

Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis.
You will be charged on the same day each month or year that you initially subscribed.
We will send you email notifications before each billing cycle.
Payment information is stored securely through Shopify.

Cancellation Policy

Starter Plan: You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Launchpad: You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Lifetime Access: Requires full payment upfront or completion of all 12 monthly payments to receive lifetime access. Early cancellation will result in loss of access.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for partial months, partial years, or unused portions of your subscription.
If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Changes to Subscription

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the duration of their active subscription.
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time by contacting us.

Access & Content

Digital access to courses, community, and resources is provided immediately upon subscription.
Lifetime members receive permanent access only after full payment upfront or completing all 12 monthly payments if a payment plan is active.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of our terms of service.
